We want you to love your Ninja Strong gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This Return Policy explains how returns and exchanges work for purchases made on www.ninjastrong.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Products showing signs of wear, modification, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or made-to-order obstacles
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Digital downloads or media
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@ninjastrong.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and detailed instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
In cases where Ninja Strong provides a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (for apparel), or if an obstacle arrived damaged, contact us right away. We’ll help arrange a replacement or alternative solution.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@ninjastrong.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
8. Restocking Fees
For large or custom obstacle returns, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
