Yes – You are able to request custom colors for your obstacle purchases. After placing your order, please use our contact form for any custom color requests. Be sure to add your order number, along with any request. It is often easier if you have a hex code or particular paint name for the color you want.

No – We are unable to add custom logos to any obstacle at this time.

Each Ninja Strong obstacle is designed with progression in mind — meaning there’s a challenge for every age and ability.

  • Youth & Beginner Ninjas: Can start with foundational obstacles like the Cliffhangers, Fidget Spinner, or the Double Back. These build grip strength, coordination, and confidence.

  • Intermediate Ninjas: Step up to obstacles like The Crux or Battle Axe, which demand more control and technique.

  • Advanced & Competitive Athletes: Take on precision obstacles such as the J-Hook, Horseshoe, or Flying Arrow, with competition-grade setups that mimic pro courses.

Most products ship within 5–10 business days. Custom builds or bulk orders may take longer depending on demand and finish options.

At this time, we ship within the United States only, but we’re working on expanding international shipping options soon.

If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Whenever possible, we ship your entire order together in one package. However, some larger obstacles or custom-painted items may ship separately to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

If your order ships in multiple boxes, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Don’t worry — everything will arrive as quickly and securely as possible.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or modification cannot be returned.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Digital downloads or gift cards


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@ninjastrong.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please start a return and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. Refunds will be issued once your return is processed.

At Ninja Strong, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we make. Every obstacle, piece of gear, and apparel item is built for performance, safety, and durability.

We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:
• Structural components of Ninja Strong obstacles (wood, paint, metal parts)
• Hardware included with your purchase (bolts, screws, bearings, etc.)
• Apparel or accessories with stitching or print defects upon arrival

If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, Ninja Strong will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit for the affected item.


What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear from use or outdoor exposure
• Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or modification
• Accidents, impacts, or neglect (including water, weather, or storage damage)
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance or safety
• Commercial, competition, or gym use beyond normal wear expectations

All Ninja Strong obstacles are intended for properly supervised training. Improper setup or use outside of recommended environments will void the warranty.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact our support team within the warranty period.
