At Ninja Strong, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed at our facility in Tuckahoe, NY, during regular business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Custom obstacle orders may require additional production time. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer reliable delivery options.

From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders — details will be noted during checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier performance. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (after processing)
  • Large or custom obstacles: 2–3 weeks (build + transit)
  • Apparel & accessories: typically 3–5 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@ninjastrong.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Ninja Strong primarily ships within the United States. For international orders or special requests, please contact us directly at support@ninjastrong.com.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address during checkout. Ninja Strong is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
