Ninja Strong designs and manufactures professional-grade ninja training obstacles and apparel. We also offer select accessories sourced from other trusted manufacturers. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We accept secure payment through third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, and WooCommerce Payments. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information is accurate and current.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Tuckahoe, NY, United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and product availability.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers once the package leaves our facility. Shipping rates and policies are detailed on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ninja Strong products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within the time frame stated on our Return Policy page. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Ninja Strong products are designed for fitness and obstacle training. Participation in ninja training or obstacle activities involves inherent risks. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risk of injury or damage arising from such use.

Always ensure proper installation, supervision, and use by qualified individuals. Ninja Strong is not responsible for injuries, damages, or misuse of products.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Ninja Strong products are built for durability and performance; however, no product is indestructible. All Ninja Strong obstacles and apparel are covered under the terms outlined in our official Warranty Policy.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, neglect, improper installation, accident, normal wear and tear, or use beyond the intended purpose.

Ninja Strong makes no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninja Strong shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with our Warranty Policy, accompanied by proof of purchase, and are subject to inspection and approval by Ninja Strong.
